The site also features several pages that assist in instructor development, including online courses and trainings.<\/li>\n<li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/oscs-mn.org\/current-elc-volunteers\/\">English Learning Center<\/a> has lesson plans for Beginner-Advanced level ESL, Math, and Citizenship tutors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/eslwow.excelsior.edu\/\">ESL Writing Online Workshops<\/a>: Video workshops on many writing topics, including developing ideas, revising, editing and polishing.
